![]() ![]() Star Coin 1 - The first Star Coin is located under some wooden platforms that are over the water. ![]() Entering the pipe will lead to the third Star Coin and a red pipe that will take Mario to the red-flag exit. To access the red-flag exit, the player must reach a platform containing a yellow Warp Pipe near the last Spin Block, which is most easily done by using the Spin Block and then bouncing off the nearby Koopa Troopa. The pole for the normal exit is accessed via the use of a green pipe near the end of the stage, located directly below a yellow one. By using the Spin Blocks, the player can gain access to many coins that hover in the sky. The player must traverse across many platforms and utilize several Spin Blocks to proceed through the level. The level features Koopa Troopas, Koopa Paratroopas, and Spike Bass. Star Coin 3 - The third Star Coin is inside the third whirlpool, after the yellow Pipe.The level takes place over a stretch of water.Star Coin 2 - The second Star Coin is up a yellow Warp Pipe.Star Coin 1 - The first Star Coin is before the Red Ring.After some Mega Deep-Cheeps and a Warp Pipe, Mario will reach the pole. When the player finds a whirlpool with blocks on the bottom of it, Mario should let himself get sucked into it, being taken into an area with the third Star Coin. The second Star Coin is located in a yellow pipe in between some whirlpools. The player must wait until the whirlpools shrink to pass them. Then, there are whirlpools that can suck Mario into a bottomless pit, causing him to lose a life. The first Star Coin can be found near a Red Ring. Mario should continue moving to avoid the Deep-Cheeps that home in on him, or otherwise hit them with a fireball. Mario starts the level on a mountain, and must take a Warp Pipe to go underwater. Deep-Cheeps and Mega Deep-Cheeps make their only appearance in this level.
